Shipping policy

All orders are packaged in sturdy, plastic-free materials and carefully wrapped to ensure they reach you in immaculate condition.

UK

Orders are usually shipped within 5 working days, often sooner. Please email me at info@clareoneillartworks.com if you need your order dispatched sooner, and I will endeavour to do so. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First-Class service.

Standard postage is free on all UK orders over £50

Standard shipping ranges from £1.80 and £4.40 on all orders under £50

Orders placed over £50 will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked & Signed service.

EU Countries

Unfortunately, at this present time, I am not able to ship to any EU country. I am in the process of obtaining GSPR compliance, so I hope to ship to the EU in the future.

Overseas

I am happy to ship my products worldwide. Shipping costs are applied to you at checkout; in general, standard international shipping costs between £5 and £30.

Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond my control, and any additional costs need to be covered by the customer.
